Join Vibrational Designer Sarah Rigano of FORM + LIGHT fireside at SkyRise Farm, amid a foraged birch forest, as we settle into a space of deep presence and radical rest, guided by practices intent on befriending bodies, calming minds and soothing spirits.
As the world around us twists and turns in ways rapid and destabilizing and waves of overwhelm and dissonance can trigger confusion and grief, our intention is softness, compassion and grounded presence. A space to dissolve into the true essence of self as witnessed by conscious community.
Tapping into the pulse of heartbeats and breath, Sarah will guide guests in working with the energy of a New Moon in Pisces, these frequencies both gentle and generative as Winter rivers waking to life. Pisces is associated with what lies beneath the surface- offering openings to heightened intuition, expanded imagination and deep emotional connection.
Thus, Sarah will call these energies as she leads guests on a journey of sound and stones, aided by the high vibrations of on-body selenite stone treatments and the amplification of quartz crystal bowls to encourage deep introspection and profound emotional reflection for personal growth.

Throughout time and tradition, the Harvest Moon has marked a pivotal moment amid seasonal, celestial and agricultural cycles. Both venerated and celebrated, its energies are connected to themes of abundance, appreciation and completion of a cycle. Its fullness, in the northern hemisphere, marking Mid-Harvest and an impending seasonal shift to Fall with the arrival of the Autumnal Equinox following soon after.
And so we will gather as our Ancestors and their Ancestors before, upon the land of SkyRise, for a rambling walk in golden sunset light to the Selenite anchored hillside Moon circle, focusing on breath and mindful steps to get there. And when we arrive, as the Shekomoko Valley spreads out below, we will make offerings of sweetness to the land in honoring and gratitude for the Earth, the Harvest, the abundance found amid these hills and reflected within our own lives.
Draped in tarps, blankets, sherpas and pillows, guests will be invited to sit or lay upon the land to be bathed in the sounds of crystal bowls, bells and seasonal signature tones. This experience, a wash of beautiful vibrations accompanied by the evening chorus of all the living beings of SkyRise Farm as the land settles.

A CEREMONY OF WIND + WINGS IN HONOR OF WORLD PEACE DAY

Amid a time of magnified violence upon the Planet directed at our most vulnerable Human Brothers and Sisters and the Natural World, our More Than Human Family, we are honored to gather on this International Day of Peace, upon the eve of the Equinox, within a ceremony of wind and wings. The intention. An opening to balance. A remembrance of presence. A calling of peace. A grounding of purpose.
We will gather in the round, field set, West facing, wrapped in the magnificent golden sunset Light that illuminates SkyRise. From this space, Sarah will guide guests on a meditative journey, calling upon the power of the Wind for clearing, transformation and change. Calling upon the Winged Ones, the Birds, the messengers between the realms of Earth and Sky, who are moving amid their Fall migrations for the gift of highest wisdom and perspective they carry to show us the path forward.
Guest’s experience will be further enhanced with individual feather clearings, sacred smoke from medicinal plants grown upon the land, vocal toning and a sacred buffalo drum blessing. The ask, within this window of seasonal balance, equal parts dark, equal parts light, what can we hear from the deepest, wisest aspects of ourselves when we sit upon the land, within conscious community, listening, listening, listening.
We will end our time with an interactive installation allowing participants to symbolize their intentions for peace and balance- for Self, the Earth, all lives, to be carried upon the wind within the Valley. A grounding herbal elixir will be served to close.
